Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Scheduling

All bookings are subject to availability. Appointment times are provided as a guide and may vary slightly due to weather conditions, traffic, or earlier job delays. We’ll do our best to keep you informed of any changes.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens — but because we reserve your appointment exclusively for you, we ask for notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service fee.
  • Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in future bookings requiring prepayment.

We appreciate your understanding — this policy helps us keep our schedule fair and consistent for all clients.

3. Access

Please ensure that we have safe and clear access to all areas that require cleaning. If access is restricted (locked gates, pets not secured, etc.) and the job cannot be completed, a call-out fee may apply.

4. Weather Conditions

In the event of heavy rain or strong winds, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure safety and maintain quality results. We’ll notify you as soon as possible and rebook your clean at a convenient time.

5. Pricing

All quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of booking. Should there be additional work required (e.g., extra windows, difficult access, or heavy soiling), this may incur an adjusted fee, which will be discussed prior to work being carried out.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or card payment.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We’ll return to fix any reasonable issues free of charge. Beyond this time frame, touch-ups may be charged.

8. Liability

While every care is taken, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage (e.g., cracked glass, faulty seals, loose frames, insect screens, etc.). Any concerns about fragile or high-risk areas should be advised prior to the clean.

9. Safety

Our team follows all safety regulations and may refuse to carry out work deemed unsafe (e.g., unstable ladders, slippery surfaces, unsafe roof access, or adverse weather).
